Bringing your DVD to a whole new level of professionalism, not seen in any other studio, anywhere.
4D Scanning simply put means adding the forth dimension “Time” to a 3D image. This in turn allows you to see your baby move around as you are having your scan and in real time. So if your little one happens to be sucking their thumb or kicking their legs at the time we scan you, you’ll see your baby doing this and in real time as its happening.
Most studios will offer you the chance of purchasing your baby scan directly onto a DVD. Your baby scan is simply recorded onto DVD straight from the ultrasound scanning machine exactly as you have watched your scan. With Babes in the Womb, we do this very differently. Firstly we don't record anything from your scan straight to DVD but instead save all the scanned images. After you have had your scan, we then go back into those saved images and edit them. This process would include cutting away umbilical cord that was otherwise in your baby's face during the scan, changing the angle of your baby so that he or she is much clearer, zooming in or zooming out, lightening, changing opacity levels and a whole range of processes that will make a huge difference to the scan as you seen it while being scanned. As you can appreciate this takes time to do which is why other studios will record directly onto a DVD. Due to the difference that this can make, we will always do this to give you ultimately the best possible results we can in providing you with a full and finished polished service.
Once we have done this, we then put all these polished worked on images onto to another computer which has a specially picked movie maker program, which allows us to make your DVD look more like a film, with all the uniqueness of being your baby's film which will be unlike anyone else's anywhere. Making our DVD'S the most memorable and professional in our field.
